We’ve added a new dashboard showing shadow SaaS apps in your estate so you can take immediate action.

‍

With the new dashboard you can:

  • View shadow app usage activity across your entire organization by category, with the ability to drill down into specific departments and teams.
  • Surface shadow apps in use at your org with access to sensitive data like email apps, files, and source code.
  • Capture shadow apps being used in your organization with headquarters located in countries of security interest.

Let’s take a look:

We've added a new card to our spend dashboard that identifies SaaS apps with high numbers of individual subscriptions in your organization. This data helps you spot where consolidating to corporate licenses could reduce costs.

‍

You can now bulk-select directly from the apps and accounts tables and choose from a set of nudges to deliver to multiple users, making it more efficient to evaluate and manage apps and accounts at scale.

‍

When delivering nudges from the App and Account details pages, you'll now see the recipient or total number of recipients, helping you understand the reach of your nudges before sending.

We've added summarized vendor security insights to the Security tab of each app in your inventory, showing both positive and risky attributes to help you assess security status. You can view a list of vendor insights and filter apps based on these security criteria in the apps table.

‍

We've added a filter to the accounts table in the app details page that lets you filter by app instances, showing which accounts are mapped to instances in you organization, as well as helping identify users who are individually signing up for apps versus those using existing corporate instances.

You can now request additional information for a given SaaS vendor directly from their security profile. Flagging a vendor for review adds it to our internal review queue to be reviewed each month.

‍

From a vendor’s security profile, you will also be able to see the last time the profile was updated.

From the app details page, you can now easily classify your apps by criticality level, choosing between low, medium, high, and critical depending on your specific business needs.
