Our updated offboarding playbook now allows you to initiate more offboarding tasks regardless of a user's status, saving you valuable time and effort during the offboarding process.

Users can now access our guided playbooks that allow them to review and act on apps with access to sensitive data discovered during email analysis. New users will experience this workflow immediately after the initial email scan, while existing customers can access the playbooks anytime from the "Things to do" section in the product.

From this workflow, users can define approved apps, review apps with file and email access, and remove unused accounts, helping secure sensitive data and reduce security risks.

Let’s take a look:

Stay informed about employee nudge responses by setting up notifications that alert you on Slack, email, or webhook when a user responds to a nudge.

You can now permanently delete and edit old or unused labels directly from the Apps and Accounts tables, helping you better manage app and account organization.

When a supply chain breach for an app is detected, you'll now see which vendor was impacted with a tooltip in the security tab, as well as in the supply chain card. This provides additional context for security teams to assess and respond to breaches more effectively.

You can now set up a custom notification to alert you when apps are approaching their renewal date.

‍

We’ve also added a new nudge that automatically notifies the app’s billing contact ahead of time. It includes key details like:
‍

• Renewal date
• Forecasted annual spend
• Annual cost per user
• Number of accounts
• Number of inactive or abandoned accounts
• App technical account

This ensures your team can review app usage and plan spend ahead of renewals.

We've added a new field in the App Info card of the App Details Page where admins can add custom notes for applications. These descriptions will be visible in the Apps table and to employees in the App Directory.

Nudge Security now includes a browser extension, enabling you to monitor SaaS and genAI tools with real-time usage activity, detect identity-related risks, and deliver automated guardrails for safe, compliant use.

The browser extension allows you to:

• Get clear visibility of SaaS and genAI use from the browser, such as real-time login and access activity, API key copy pasting, file upload monitoring, and more.
• Detect identity and access risks such as weak or reused passwords, MFA or SSO bypass attempts, and use of unapproved password managers.
• Drive safer SaaS and genAI use by delivering automated browser nudges that guide employees toward compliant choices.
